I’m hear to help you to start living fitness the way I do. Once fitness becomes a part of your life, you will never turn back. You learn to live, breathe, eat, and sleep fitness. If this seems hard, well, get used to it! Because it IS! You can’t take a magic pill or even do a magic exercise and wake up in shape or ten pounds lighter. You CAN change your life by being active and eating healthy. Then those pounds will vanish. Not only will they vanish, but some muscle will actually take it’s place. You don’t have to spend hours in the gym to see results. That’s right! Just changing your lifestyle and being active in fun ways, while eating clean, can change your life. Once you learn the ways, you will never go back!



I too came from a normal life of eating McDonalds and junk food almost everyday. I gained sixty pounds during my pregnancy with my son. I’ve had several back injuries and just as many stressful hurdles in my life. I don’t want excuses. Everyone has something!




You’re the only person that can change the way you eat and live! No one can force feed you or make you ride a bike. (If they try, RUN!) Your responsible for yourself.
